Best affordable GYM in Kathmandu

Working out even if its a little bit is a must for a healthy body and mind. Since Kathmandu is covered in dust most of the times and the roads are not jogging or exercise friendly its better to join a GYM.

I tried out a local GYM in Baudha. I cant remember the name of the GYM but its next door to Bhatbhateni -Baudha and few minutes walk from the Hyatt Hotel.

Membership is very affordable only RS 1000 monthly and the equipments are good enough. There is shower and locker facility included. There's even a Sauna room, you pay extra for that.
